PROSPERITY AUTOMATED SYSTEM

Prosperity Automated System (PAS) is variously seen or promoted on the Web via LordAndThomas.com, Truewealth.com and MegawealthPAS.com as well as under its own. At the time of writing this, PAS is not trading while it is under investigation by The Securities and Exchange Commission. However, BEWARE because THEY WILL BE BACK!

I joined PAS on March 11, 2006 paying $3,895.00 USD to Rob Hannley (rob@hannley.com) who claims to be a Christian. In return for this, I was granted the "license" to resell PAS to others (my first sale would also be paid to Rob Hannley on a "two-up" system).

I am NOT naive. I understand how this thing works. The principle is borderline illegal because, in honesty, they have no genuine product to sell. They are simply reselling the program to others. And this is why they are currently under investigation.

However, what makes PAS a SCAM is that, quite simply, they advertise that their system is HANDS FREE! That, in my view, is very clearly intended to mislead because it is far from hands-free.

What they claim is that, if you spend an additional $190 per month to purchase an "Adpak", it will GUARANTEE your success. So I purchased FIVE Adpaks at a total of $950 and waited ... and waited ... and waited!

On April 12, 2006 I contacted PAS and asked what was happening. They apologised.

and I waited... and waited... etc.

Eventually (after many further emails had been studiously ignored) I managed to get through to the "big cheese", a gentleman by the name of Bill Osterhout (then using email address ProspNet@aol.com). My email read...
To cut a very long story short, after further ignoring me (and me applying some considerable pressure), Osterhout eventually paid me back the money I had spent on Adpacks.

However, that still leaves the fact that I had paid Rob Hannley (a theoretical Christian) $3,895.00 USD for something that was clearly not fit for purpose. So I asked PayPal for a refund which they made and then, ten days later, reversed their decision, freezing my account in the process (so don't ever bother asking PayPal for your money back, they prefer to side with the seller of a scam!)

I am now $3,895.00 USD lighter in my bank, but a lot wiser! I hope you will immediately understand how it would be VERY unwise to have dealings with PAS...
or individually...

SCAM! Prosperity Automated System does NOT deliver what it claims. Promoting PAS stands a better than even chance of putting you in a dank, moldy, rat-infested cell with "bubba" as your cellmate. He might take "real good care of you", but you won't have enough money left to hire an expensive, cigar-smoking lawyer. The disinterested court-appointed lawyer will probably tell you take the deal the US Attorney offers!
